Before + After School Care

Our bodies were not made to be sedentary. We were designed to move–in fact, we crave it. In a seven hour school day, most of our after schoolers are receiving less than 50 minutes of an opportunity for physical movement (P.E.). That is over six hours of sitting at a desk and a lot of pent up energy.

This is why we make it a priority to get our kids active and engaged. Our After School program provides students with a healthy snack before leading them through group games, obstacle courses, gymnastics classes, and outdoor play to raise those heart rates and let off some steam. We love the look of surprise on new parents’ faces when they arrive for pick up and find their child looking like they just finished a work out–because they did!
